All the rooms in this villa have great water or garden views. You can fish bass right on the boat dock. Our boat is an electric Duffy that seats 8 people. Take the boat directly from the house to the private 'Beach & Tennis Club', only a 2 minute boat ride or a 4 minute walk. Enjoy the stunning boat parades during all major holidays from the comfort of your living room, family room, master bedroom and lakefront patio. Evenings are very romantic with a breeze and reflection of the lights on the water. The community has a very quiet/relaxed feel to it but it is near city with great restaurants, shopping and entertaintment.

All four bedrooms have great lake views or luscious green belt views, each one individually decorated with its own unique flavor. The beds are furnished with upscale linens and duvets. Original antique furnishings and accent pieces adorn each room, while walls are covered with quality artwork. Luxurious Master Suite with breathtaking view of the lake from the master bedroom’s balcony and interior. French doors lead to private balcony. Three large closets and a fireplace plus a dressing area.

The master-bath consists of granite, over-sized claw tub, and separate marble shower with three showerheads. Antique custom dual vanity with marble surface. Antique custom finish mirrors. Satin gold finish fixtures throughout master-bath.

This great villa is only a short boat ride from the Beach & Tennis Club with man-made sandy beach, lagoon, three swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, gym, club house and playgrounds. This club is private and only available to residents of this private community.
