Waterfront patio and an inner courtyard lined with picturesque palms and looking out onto an incredible view offer plenty of outdoor living and dining opportunities. Enjoy the stunning boat parades during all major holidays from the comfort of your living room and patio. Duffy electric boat seats 8 and is great for ultimate sunsets, relaxation and fishing. Evenings are mesmerizing and unforgettable with the reflection of the lights on the water and a perfect breeze.
The club house offers resort style amenities. More than 200 feet of boat dock to park your boat while enjoying the facilities. The facilities include 3 swimming pools (adult pool is heated during winter, two large children pools), several lakeside/poolside barbecue grills, sandy beach and swimming lagoon, 5 tennis courts, basketball/volleyball courts, Jacuzzi, gym, pool table, table tennis, and Foosball tablet.
The community has a park like setting, very spacious, quiet, and safe but it is conveniently located near city with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Distances: 15 minutes to airport, 10-15 minutes to ocean / beaches, 5 minutes to golf / entertainment , 2 minutes to shopping / restaurants.
The home offers a queen bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom, and two twin beds in the 4th bedroom. Our queen beds have new Serta Presidential Suite luxury mattresses. Other amenities include two fireplaces, gas barbecue grill on the lakefront patio, washer/dryer, free wifi, HD flat TVs, and central air conditioning.

Sept 7 to December 19 (flexible change over date) - $2800/week
Thanksgiving - $3,500/week, add $300 for each extra night
Christmas - $4,500/week
New Year - $3,500/week
2014 RATES:
Jan 5 to May 31 (flexible change over date) - $2800/week
June 1 to September 7 (Saturday to Saturday) - $5500/week
THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO ALL RENTAL PERIODS

* Electric Duffy boat is exclusive to this villa and included at no additional charge.
