Located right on the water with breathtaking lake views, lush garden and its own private patio, boat dock & boat, this elegant villa is a completely remodeled two story home with 4 bedrooms, formal living room, family room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Views of the lake, magnificent white swans swimming on the lake, and the surrounding garden will make for a magical and memorable holiday. Enjoy the stunning boat parades during all major holidays from the comfort of your living room, master bedroom and patio. Duffy electric boat seats 8 and is great for ultimate sunsets, relaxation and fishing. Take the boat directly from the villa to the club house where you can enjoy 3 pools, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, gym, and Jacuzzi. Evenings are very romantic with a breeze and reflection of the lights on the water. The community has a very quiet and relaxed feel to it but it is near city with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

WE WELCOME CHILDREN
Can accommodate 5-6 children. Besides the queen beds, we have 4 single beds (two of them are very comfortable portable beds) plus 1 baby crib for up to 2 years old. We have one stroller, a high chair, and children life Jackets in different sizes.

Family Room: Opens to lakefront patio with a French double door with great views of the lake and a HD LCD Flat TV. Large sofa, chairs, and table provides seating for 8.

Formal Living Room: Soaring Vaulted ceiling - opens to lakefront patio with a French double door - great views of the lake - large bay window with views of the garden and the lake - fireplace - grand chandelier - original antique furnishings, paintings and mirrors. Large sofa, chairs, and table provides seating for 8.

Master Suite: has breathtaking view of the lake from the master bedroom's balcony and interior. It has three large closets, dressing area, fireplace, HDTV, desk, seating area, queen bed, and armoire.    

Master Bath: Over-sized claw tub, separate marble shower with three shower heads. Antique custom dual vanity with marble surface and antique custom finish mirrors. Satin gold finish fixtures throughout master-bath.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: great views of the luscious green belt, queen bed with Presidential Suite Seta Mattresses and luxurious beddings, large closet, flat HD TV, large Mirror, and Desk.

4th Bedroom: two large windows with great views of the luscious green belt area, two twin beds,  closet, and flat HD TV.

PARKING: Two cars can park in the driveway. Additional parking available on the street.

Thanksgiving - $4,000/week, add $300 for each extra night
Christmas - $5,000/week
New Year - $4,000/week

* Damage security deposit not required - credit card info on file instead.
* Electric Duffy boat is exclusive to this villa and included at no additional charge.
* Rates quoted are for up to 8 people. Add $200 for each additional person. Children under 2 stay free. 
* Two portable beds also available for larger groups.
* One baby crib, stroller, and high chair available and included.
