Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury beachfront condominium offers stunning sunsets, 24-hour gated security and crystal clear freshwater infinity pool. We are located minutes from Nassau International Airport, golfing and casinos and downtown Nassau /Paradise Island.  Located next door to world renowned snorkeling and scuba, Stuart Cove.

Located in South West Nassau, our oceanfront community is in close proximity to Lyford Cay.  It offers privacy and a quiet tropical setting.

Paradise on the beach

Place is amazing. Right on the beach - you cannot ask for closer to the water's edge. Scuba Diving shop is right next door. owners a pure pleasure to work with and the condo amazing... really, truly paradise on the beach. Our family have stayed for 5 years for a month in the summary - an amazing beach, great pool, and awesome if your a diver with Stuart Cove's Dive Shop next door!!!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great Place for a Relaxing, Tropical Vacation

We have vacationed at this property for about 5 years and we intend to go back every year. It is a ground level condo which is about 30 feet from the ocean. The beach is beautiful and private. The infinity pool is fantastic and is a very short walk down the beach from the condo. The condo is very clean and well maintained. There are restaurants nearby with excellent food but still casual dress. Two we particularly enjoy are Compass Point and Mahogany House. There is public transportation but I would recommend renting a car so that you can easily access all that Nassau and New Provident Island offer. One activity we really enjoyed is swimming with the dolphins. Next to this condo property is Stuart Cove Dive Bahamas which offers snorkeling, scuba diving, and even swimming with sharks if you are so inclined. Further down the shore is the Albany Estates. We enjoy watching the luxury yachts which travel in and out. Exercise equipment is available in the office as well as a book lending library. Both beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from this property. We have received superb customer service from the owner and would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
