• Priority is given to rental requests of 1+month.  Requests for weekly rentals are put on a wait-list and confirmed 30 days prior to arrival, if the property is available.
• Holiday Surcharge of 15% (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, July 4th and President's Weekend)
• Florida Resort Tax = 11.5% (does not apply if rental term is 6+ months)

• Cleaning Fee $200 (non-refundable)
• Security Deposit $1,000 - $3,000, depending on duration of stay (refundable, if no damage)
