• Priority is given to rental requests of 1+month.  Requests for weekly rentals are considered on a case by case basis.
• Holiday Surcharge of 15% (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, July 4th and President's Weekend)
• Florida Hopitality Tax = 11.5% (does not apply if rental term is 6+ months)
