Harbor Lights, 24 Port Dr in Venice

Our property is a manufactured home located on the intracoastal waterway.  The home is in a very nice, very friendly 55+ community.  It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and an attached half bath, and the other with a double bed.  The kitchen was totally remodeled in the fall of 2008.  The living room, dining room, hall and bathroom have been newly tiled. A gas grill is provided and there is a private dock in front of the home.   We've already rented Dec.15 through March 31, but November 7th through Dec. 15, and the month of Aprill are still available.

Harbor Lights is a lovely waterside 55+ community.  That means that one person in the rental group must be 55 years of age or over and the others must be at least 40.  The community offers many amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a club house where there are lots of planned activitities for interested residents.

There are always all kinds of boats going by on the intracoastal, lots of fun to watch.

Venice has wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Public beaches in Venice and Nokomis are beautiful and very close by.

Come in early December and watch the famous Venice Holiday Boat Parade from your dock.
