Spectacular 4 Bedroom, 3 bath canal front home on an oversized lot with over 136 feet of dockage.  Located on an open canal with direct access to the ocean and gulf.    Inground pool to be completed end of November 2009.  Located at MM89 in Islamorada "The Sport Fishing Capital of the World". 

Master Bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have queen beds. Bedroom four (downstairs) has two twins. We have a loft with two twin beds and a pull out sofa bed downstairs.   Three refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, range, gardbage disposal, Flat Screen TVs in all bedrooms, hard wired and Wireless internet access, complete linens and towels.  Have a boat of your choice delivered to our dock and get a 15% discount through our associate.

In close proximity to numerous restaurants, Tiki Bars, shopping, snorkling, diving, fishing, boating.  Excellent fihsing all year long in our canal, the backcountry and the Ocean.  Catch Tarpon, snook, Lady fish, amberjack and snappers in our canal.   Ten minute boat ride to many backcountry fishing hot spots. Fifeteen minute boat ride to excellent fishing, diving and snorkling on a tropical reef.  Thirty minute boat ride to great offshore fishing spots, including the famous Islamorada Hump.  

$6000 per month for the month of September, October, November. $7000 per month all other times.
