UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) As you can see from the photos, this condo has been meticulously decorated and cared for by the owner.  You will find all of the little extras in this condo to make this your home away from home while in Keystone.  If you want a hassle-free luxury ski vacation, then look no further. This true ski-in/ski-out condo will redefine your perception of convenience. There are two high quality inflatable mattresses that give this unit a total sleeping capacity of 8!

This first floor, corner unit features 2 master suites with private bathrooms, 1 bedroom with twin sized beds, and an office area to work away from home.  The first master suite features a king sized bed with flatscreen TV and DVD player, as well as a private bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower.

The second master suite has a queen sized bed, flatscreen TV and DVD player, as well as a private bathroom with separate tub and shower.  The third bedroom is perfect for children with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2.  The 3rd bathroom features an oversized shower.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and slate floors.  It is well-stocked with pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials.  The beautiful dining room table has seating for 8, and there are 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island.  In the living room, you will find a large, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, leather couch, and 3 chairs. 

If your family likes to play games, you will find these in the living room armoire.  If you are traveling with a young child, you will also find a portable crib in the condo for your convenience.  As you step out of the huge balcony, you are steps from the pool, hot tub, firepit, and grill.  Walk up a few steps or take the elevator to the skier bridge, put your skis on and head down to the lift.

VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This south-facing condo has a great views of the Timbers behind the building.  The scene really is breathtaking no matter what time of year. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, our rates are very affordable, and there's lots to do in Keystone all year round

PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) When you are ready to ski, simply walk up the steps or take the elevator to the skier bridge, put your boots and skis on, and go. In two minutes you will be at the high-speed ski lift. When you get tired of skiing at the end of the day, ski back to the Timbers--ski right up to the door!

Take a break. Then gather everyone together and walk five minutes to dinner and shopping in River Run Village. This is how a ski vacation should be! And it will be if you stay in this condo.

BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Timbers is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 28 condos in the entire building.

The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that the Timbers has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace.

There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Timbers guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room, sauna, and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor. Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.

Your family and friends will also enjoy the spacious lobby with sitting areas, chess tables, and piano with a large, gas fireplace. There is also complimentary hot chocolate and newspapers for Timbers guests.

Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more.

FEES & TAXES

We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.

Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.

WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.

Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.
