We are central located in Putnam County - 29 miles to the beaches in St. Augustine and Crescent Beach, 53 miles to Jacksonville, 53 miles to Daytona, and Ocala, and 91 miles to Disney (Orlando).

Bring your boat and dock at your front door for immediate access to Dunn's Creek and the ST. John's River. Boat Ramp is minutes away from property. The prized large mouth black bass abound in the ST. John's River and Oklawaha River as well as Rodman Reservoir, especially in late spring and fall. Older quiet established neighborhood.

Completely furnished - Linens, full service kitchen, dishes, utensils, pots/pans microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. Two TV's, VCR recorder, and cable.  Outside has porch with table, chairs and gas grill . This is located outside the kitchen area. There is a large screen in porch as well. There is an attached carport and a large detached carport as well.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master has Queen bed, guess bedroom has two twin beds. Floor plan is - living room, dining area with table and chairs, large kitchen with breakfast bar, family room, master bedroom with master bath and guess bedroom with double entry bath.    

Tour the Wilderness, including turtles, alligators, many birds, or fish, for various types of fish, (bass capitol of the world). Lots of big bass, brim, specs caught right in the canal, don't even leave your dock. Bass tournaments nearby. Lots of local festivals, many nice restaurants, and many grocery stores to choose from. 

Sam's and Costco's in Jacksonville, Sam's in Daytona, Huge shopping centers in the St. Augustine area and Jacksonville area.

Security deposits will be required to reserve this property ($75. daily, $225. weekly, or 500. monthly. Total rental amounts are due in full at least two weeks prior to check in....unless other arrangements are made between owners and renters. Security deposits will be refunded within two weeks of check out, provided there are no renter related damages to property. Rental rates include water, electricity up to $100.00/month, cable tv, and weekly trash pick ups, and yard maintenance.  Also, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee for cleaning unit after departure. If there is a pet, there will be a pet deposit.   Three Day Minimum Stay.
