Security deposits will be refunded within two weeks of check out, provided there are no renter related damages to property. Rental rates include water, electricity up to $100.00/month, cable tv, and weekly trash pick ups, and yard maintenance.  Also, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee for cleaning unit after departure.
