Sam Carlos is located just east of Hwy 59 on Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulf Shores.  The location is the best in Gulf Shores, within walking distance of many restaurants and stores including The Hangout for the kids.  Just minutes from water and beach activities including the Waterville water theme park.

Start your day enjoying your morning coffee on the large gulf front balcony watching the dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico while planning the rest of the day from all the area activities to just relaxing on the beach.  It just doesn't get much better than this for relaxing. 

Our brand new condo is upscale in decor, yet comfortable and relaxing with large balcony to enjoy the awsome view of the gulf.  The full kitchen has a wet bar and all the equipment and appliances you need for cooking and eating in.  The living room and master bedroom has ceiling to floor glass doors with balcony access for awsome gulf views from the 15th floor.  The master bedroom has a king bed and a full size queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms.  We also have a queen size air mattress and pump with linens available. Our condo features free WIFI internet access, local telephone service, and large flat screen TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom with digital cable in every room.  A DVD player is available in the living room.  Our condo has a full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. All linens and towels are provided, except beach towels.  We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella available in the condo for your use to enjoy the beach.  

San Carlos is located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  The property features a large (zero depth walk-in) outdoor pool, well equipped fitness center with gulf front view, and sauna located on the 3rd floor.  Enjoy a day trip to the Pensacola Naval Air Museum, the Alabama Battleship in Mobile, the casinos in Biloxi, MS, shopping at the outlet mall in Foley, AL, or take the ferry from Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island.  There are plenty of local activities in Gulf Shores to keep you busy including golf, tennis, miniature golf, rafting, boating, biking, parasailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, cinemas/movie theaters, swimming, shelling, etc.
