Daily rates- $150.00 (2 day minimum)
***Reservation Deposit of $100

Monthly rates- $1,250.00 (this includes a $150.00 credit towards utilities)
***Reservation Deposit of $500.00 for monthly rentals


Weekly rates- $800.00 Reservation Deposit of $250

Holidays/Harley Week/Spring Break- $200.00/night(3 night min.)or $1000.00/weekly.
Reservation Deposit of $200 and $100.00 non refundable cleaning deposit.  All fees must be paid before taking occupency.

Non refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 (required) for ALL rentals.

Reservation Deposit  is refundable if home is left Clean & Undamaged after house is inspected, no more than 30 days

Cancellation Policy:

Reservation deposit for Monthly rental is FULLY REFUNDABLE if more than 30 days notice is given from arrival date. If less than 30 days, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE or may be used toward a future month within that year.

Reservation deposit for Daily or Weekly rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE if less than 1 week of arrival date.
