Deerfield Beach Peer is less than a mile south along the ocean and the Boca inlet is half a mile north.

Layout: Spacious Living / Dining room with flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The couch in the living room has a queen sized pull out bed. Adult community.

Prefer to rent for January and February 2011 (or from Jan 1 - March 15, 2011) - $3000/mo + utilities for rentals of under 3 months

Will consider longer term rentals - starting immediately: $2500/mo + utilities for rentals of 3-12 months

min. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee applies

$1,500 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is 30 days or less, deposit will not be refunded
