Sunnydale Villa in Davenport

Sunnydale Villa is a luxury air conditioned pool home located in the exclusive 24hr gated Solana Resort.  You are only 15 min from Disney and only 5 min from the world famous Champion Gate Golf as well as 15 min drive to shopping outlets and malls. 

Sunnydale Villa  can sleep up to 12 people with ease with it's 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds) all equipped with Simmons Beauty rest pillow top mattresses as well  as a leather sectional sofa with a pull out sleeper sofa.  The kitchen comes fully equipped just like being at home and has a table with four chairs and 3 bar stools at the kitchen  island.  There is also a dining room which can sit 6 more people. There are 3 bathrooms, one is a master bedroom en-suite , the second bathroom on the main floor has a toilet sink and stand up shower and the 3rd bathroom upstiars has a sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.  There are plenty of linens and towels as well as pool towels for your use.  There is a lundry room with washer /dryer, iron & board and the garage is a games room with a full size pool table for your entertainment.   The private screened in pool has a covered lani for those looking for some shade and there are loungers around the pool for those sun seekers.  There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as a 42'flat screen in the living room,  an X-box and games as well as computer with free internet and free phone calls. Come and enjoy our vacation home all you need is you suitcase and some good company!

Solana Resort itself has a 4000sqft state of the art clubhouse which  includes a large resort size pool, spa, saundry shop, games room, exercise room, computer room as well as a sand volleyball court, putting green, children's play area and a recreation/soccer feild.  An events calender  is available which includes different activities each day at the clubhouse and pool area.  Free internet is available for your own personal  use in the clubhouse and around the pool for those that would like to take their laptops with them.  This 24hr gated community is a beautfiful quiet resort off the high traffic area but yet mere minutes away to highway access.

Solana Resort  is located just passed Kissimmee and is only 15 min from all Disney Parks and shopping outlets and malls and only minutes away from many golf courses and resorts.  Beaches are within a 45 min drive as well as the Daytona 500 and the Kennedy Space center is also within an hours drive. The Orlando Interntional ariport is a 30 min drive.

All rates are inclusive of the 12% Florida state  tax, pool heat and mid stay house keeping will be an extra charge.
