bedroom 2 bath condo just 3 miles from the Strip and minutes from the 
airport and Convention Center? 
 
We have a desktop computer setup that you can use for FREE, with fast 
internet and multi-function printer/fax/scanner. You can stay 
connected while you are away from your PC. Our computer has a 2 GB of 
RAM, great for multi-tasking, complete with Microsoft Office and other 
useful software, plus a 19-inch flat screen monitor. You can leave 
your laptop at home and enjoy a hassle-free vacation. 
 
FREE Long Distance anywhere within the United States, FREE CABLE TV 
with many channels. Enjoy the swimming pool in front of the condo and 
an exercise room. 
 
FREE COFFEE and hot coco, deluxe queen-size bed, plus a full-size bed, 
air bed and sofa bed, iron and ironing board, Ipod charger, 2 Alarm 
clocks, extra blankets, extra towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, 
coffee maker, quick hot-water pot, blender, and pots 'n pans. Laundry 
detergent, soaps and shampoos are also provided. 
 
We are centrally located ten minutes from McCarran Airport at the 
corner of West Tropicana and Jones Blvd., about 3 miles from the Las 
Vegas Strip. There you will find restaurants, theaters and, of course, 
lots of casinos like BELLAGIO, WYNN, MIRAGE, MGM GRAND, LUXOR, 
EXCALIBUR, MANDALAY BAY, NEW YORK-NEW YORK, PARIS, VENETIAN, CAESAR'S 
PALACE, CIRCUS CIRCUS, TREASURE ISLAND, PLANET HOLLYWOOD, RIO, PALMS, 
ORLEANS, and more.

Parking 
 
The complex has covered parking spaces, which are numbered, and 
uncovered spaces which are not numbered.  All numbered spaces are 
reserved.  You may use the one numbered space for our condo, or any of 
the unnumbered / uncovered spaces.    
 
  
 
 Entry Access to the Condo 
 
The apartment has a number-code lock on the entry door.  No key is 
needed. You can check in anytime. 
 
  
 
 Telephone 
 
All local and long distance calls in the United States are free of 
charge.  Talk to your heart’s content.  International calls are blocked. 
 
The telephone has all the usual features, including an answering 
machine and an excellent speaker phone.   
  
 
 Cable TV 
 
The cable TV has many channels.  We have not counted them.  Try it 
yourself.  There is a “menu” button on the remote, and a “directory” 
selection.  We are not experts at this.  You are on your own. 
 
You will notice that the TV has built-in VHS, for those of you who 
remember that technology.  You may even find some VHS tapes at your 
disposal.  For the younger generation, there is DVD player.  We do not 
supply the DVD’s at present. 
 
Premium movies and other cable services which require extra payments 
are blocked. 
 
  
 
 Books & Videos 
 
We have left an interesting and arbitrary collection of books and 
videos in the bookcase.  Feel free to read / view them, but please 
keep them in good condition for other guests. 
 
  
 
 High-Speed Internet 
 
As mentioned we have a fast Sony Computer with printer/FAX/Scanner and 
printing papers, also a Wireless Router if you bring your laptop. We 
know how important it is to stay connected while away. 
 
  
 
 Bed Linens & Towels 
 
Bed linens are newly washed (of course) when you arrive.  Clean extra 
towels and extra blankets are also provided for extra comfort. 
  
 
 Kitchen 
 
Silverware, pots and pans, appliances, paper goods, etc. are in the 
predictable places.  You are welcome to use all cooking equipment, but 
you are kindly requested to leave it in as good condition as you find 
it.  You will also find some spices and non-spoiling food items.  You 
are welcome to consume any or all of it. 
 
Dishwashing liquid and other cleaning supplies are provided. 
 
  
 
 Laundry 
 
Washer and dryer are located in the unit and you will find detergent, 
paper towels, toilet paper are provided. 
 
  
 
 Swimming Pool 
 
Please obey posted rules and normal safety precautions.  Children must 
be supervised at all times when in or near the swimming pool.
