The studio is part of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and has a Spanish decor.  Has all the comforts of a home : air-condition, washer, dryer,  dishwasher, garbage disposal, micro-wave,  Cable TV  etc.  This studio overlooks one of the two world-class golf courses the resort has– the Tom and George Fazio’s Ocean Course.  The balcony faces the Atlantic Ocean therefore enjoys a very pleasant ocean breath and you can even enjoy a side view of our famous Rain Forest Mountain of El Yunque.
Being inside a hotel community you find everything you need in order to sample what leaving in Paradise is all about….   The community has 24 hour security and for a fee you can play tennis and golf you also find all types of  water sports, restaurants, a casino, two big swimming pools and of course a beautiful beach all within 5 minutes from the Studio.  One of the pools is walking distance from the Villa and has a BBQ for you to enjoy.

January 7,  2010 up to March 30 - $,1300 per week (6 nights) includes 12% tax.  From April 1 2010 until Dec. 20 from $110 plus 12% tax.  Except holidays that the rate will be the same of 2009.

Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit. Balance due 45 days 
prior to arrival to the villa. All payments in U.S. funds by check,  money order or wire transfer. 

Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage 
charges will be assesed of the total rental fee: 

Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 20% penalty 
Between 45 and 60 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty 
Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty
