on the Sarasota Bay just 8 minutes walk from downtown and next door
to the Ritz. It is an end unit with two enclosed lanais from which to
enjoy
the view of the Marina or the Bay and the Ringling Bridge which is
lovely at night.The bridge photos are taken from the living room.
There are two full beds in the guest rooom, a queen in the
master,plus a childs cot in storage. The bedrooms are separated by
the living area, affording greater privacy, making this a great
rental for two couples or a family.
(Split plan). It is tiled throughout yet remains warm overnight mid
winter without turning the heat on!
There is a washer and dryer inside with new large capacity washer.
The kitchen is fully equiped, complete with a large wok and recipe
books! There is also a raised counter with 3 bar stools so the cook
is never lonely!
The dining table has 4 chairs but will seat 6 quite comfortably and
offers a nice view of the Bay. Living room is large with ample
seating and Bay Views from all angles.
There is a television in each bedroom and VCR/DVD player in the
master. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and very
private bathroom area.
This complex is unusual in that the elevator takes you to a walkway
to your front door, not a dark hallway. Therefore, when you step out
the door, you are immediately in the essence of Florida....a view of
the Bay, palm trees, a Floridian pink condo complex to one side and
the elegant Ritz Carlton to the other.
Within seconds of leaving your covered parking spot, you can be on
the Ringling Bridge to lovely St Armands Circle just 2 miles away.
Just a bike ride to breakfast or to the best shopping around and
only a quarter mile further is beautiful Lido Beach. Photo #1 of

Walk your dog to the Marina just a block away to enjoy the boats,
(rentals available) the views or Marina Jacks fine restaurant and
bar on the Bay.
Walk to Main Street and enjoy coffee at the bookstore/coffee shop,
browse the galleries or dine outdoors before strolling back to your
home away from home.

artists, also within minutes.
Siesta Key approximately 10 minutes drive and offering 'baking soda'
white sands at Siesta Key Beach. Lido Key Beach with its emerald
water is 2 1/2 miles away.
Enjoy sunsets from the pool (See photo #4 of pool overlooking the
Bay) and step from the pool area onto a little sandy beach on the
Bay.
Boat rentals at the marina just 2 blocks away.
