Gorgeous mountain views surround Casa Santa Rosa, our home in La Quinta Cove.  Located near the top of the 'Cove' and only one block from the hiking trails around the perimeter, Casa Santa Rosa is the perfect getaway for those who seek the sunshine, peace and tranquility of the southern California desert.  The only sounds you will hear during the day are birds chirping and doves cooing.  Hummingbirds are quite numerous and are attracted to some of the beautiful flowers in our desert landscaped yard.  Relax near our private pool and read a good book or go hiking or biking on the numerous nearby trails.  Nights in the desert are magical with a beautiful, clear view of the Milky Way Galaxy unhindered by city lights. 

Our 1900 sq/ft home is only minutes away from over 100 world-class golf courses including Silver Rock Resort which recently hosted the Bob Hope Classic in 2008.  Old Town La Quinta with its numerous shops and restaurants is also just minutes away.  Our mild winters make us a popular destination for tens of thousands of "snowbirds," who travel here from all over the United States, Canada and many other countries to enjoy championship golf, tennis and polo, swimming, hiking, luxurious spa treatments, fine dining and unique shopping.  And with an average rainfall of 3 inches, the Coachella Valley is a 'Fun In The Sun' destination for thousands of people from all over the world.

• All three beds are made-up with luxurious 300 thread count cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.  There are two sets of high-quality towels in each bathroom and four pool towels are also supplied. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom and a make-up mirror in the Master Suite.
• 2-Car Garage with garage door opener.
• Extra parking is available in the driveway.
• Seasonal Propane-Fired Gas Log Fireplace.
• Master Suite features a Cal-King Bed, a flat-screen Hi-Definition LCD TV, remote control ceiling fan, French doors leading to the patio, an alarm clock, a telephone, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in glass, marble and tile shower, a make-up mirror and a separate office with a wireless, flat screen computer and a nice, well-lit, quiet seating area that is the perfect place to curl up and read a good book.
• Both guest bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, ceiling fans and alarm clocks.
• High Definition flat-screen LCD TV with surround sound in Living Room and High Definition flat-screen LCD TV in Master Suite.  All High-Def Sports and Movie channels. Pay-per-view available at an additional cost.

• Private Pool. The pool deck features beautiful potted desert plants, a bistro table w/ chairs and two chaise lounge chairs.  Heated pool and spa available at additional cost.
• Full Kitchen. Granite countertops with a large island and bar stools.  Coffee maker, toaster and blender.  We also supply enough dishwasher detergent, hand soap and dishwashing liquid to get your vacation started.  Our home is on a water softener system and we use only natural soaps and cleansers.

• Catering is available for an additional charge and needs to be pre-arranged through the owners.
• Propane gas BBQ is presently not hooked up but we plan to have it connected soon.
• There is a patio with a nice table and seating for six, an umbrella and a gas barbecue in the rear yard.  The rear yard is also beautifully landscaped with native desert plants, a grapefruit tree and a lemon tree (help yourself to any ripe fruit).
• Mountain Views.  Our home is surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains to the south and west and Coral Ridge to the east.  Blue skies, brown mountains and the gorgeous greens below all combine to thrill your visual senses.
• There are three telephone handsets in the house.
• Free long-distance in the U.S. and Canada.  No other International calling is permitted.
• There is a powerful computer in the office off the Master Suite.  Access to the Internet and e-mail is available.
• High Speed 10 MB cable Internet access.
• Wireless network access is available for those guests who wish to bring their own laptop computer.
• Granite, Marble and Tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, 10' High Ceilings throughout the house, Ceiling fans in every room, Master and one guest room have remote controlled ceiling fans, Huge open floor plan in the Great Room, Beautiful desert landscaping, Bistro table with chairs and two lounge chairs on pool deck.  Rear patio has a nice table with seating for six, an umbrella and a gas barbecue for grilling steaks, burgers, fish, vegetables or whatever else you'd like to cook.
• Handicapped/Wheelchair Accessible: The whole house is on one level.
• Children are welcome in our home as long as they are well behaved and supervised.
• Please inquire of the owners if you are between 21-25 years of age.  Special restrictions may apply.
• No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoors on the patios.
