The Summer School Cottage in New Buffalo

Our Summer School Cottage (SSC) is located near downtown New Buffalo's
Beaches and Harbor. SSC provides a gated swimming pool, paddle ball court
and playground . The spacious floor plan and open spaces also
contribute to a relaxed living style. Our intention was to furnish
our home with "pottery barn style", class and comfort in mind.

New this season: a large sectional sofa and new carpeting upstairs.  In addition, interior of house has recently been painted.

Our 2500 sq. ft. home sleeps up to 8 people, with 2 queen beds, 2 twins and a
twin with trundle pop-up. There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully
equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as screened-in porch with
deck furniture. Access to a beautifully landscaped home-owner’s
pool and sun patio.
Features: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, screened-in porch, spacious
living room with wood burning fireplace, natural gas barbeque,
attached garage, central air-conditioning, new linens and towels,
ceiling fans in bedrooms, TV’s/VCR/DVD, stereo with CD player,
washer/dryer and much more.  We have Free WiFi !

Activities center around the beach and pool, day and night with
plenty of excellent nearby restaurants, shops, casino, art galleries
and sport/boat rental outlets. Lots of country roads for strolling,
biking and local antiquing. The nearby Warren State Dunes are
spectacular. Charming downtown New Buffalo is 2 short blocks away.
A visit to any of the city's local merchants or an evening ice cream
cone at Oink’s is a guaranteed good time.

$1800 off-season (Sept 15 - May 15)
$2300 high-season (May 16 - Sept 14)
