3 BR, 2 bath House, sleeping 8. Eagles retreat was built in 2004 and is in as good as new condition, it has warm furniture to give you a home away from home feeling and a full kitchen with dining area. There is a nice deck out front with propane BBQ. There are three well sized bedrooms that sleeps 6 with a pull out couch to sleep an additional two people. The property has a fireplace in the living room with a large Flat Screen TV/DVD Player/and Direct TV Satellite with DVR, Movie, and Sports channels.
2 Car Garage and large private driveway.

Magnificent location at about 7200 ft. Close to the slopes and Lake. Also close to hiking trails to view some of Big Bears nature. The local Golf Course is not far away and a zoo for the kids.

Regular Rates: Nightly $150; Weekends $300; Weekly $1000
Off Peak season: Midweek nightly rates are $125 excluding Holidays.
Winter Rates: Nightly $220: Weekend $440: Weekly $1320
Holiday Rates: Nightly $280; Weekend $560; Weekly $1680
The Deposit and Cleaning fees are not included in the rates above. Cleaning fee is $80 and not refundable. Deposit is $300 and is refundable if there is no damages. Cancellation fee is $100 which comes out of the deposit. Holiday rates vary in price depending on occupancy and length of stay. Policies: Minimum 2 nights stay for all bookings with the exception of the Holidays. Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stay per booking. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
