Golfer's Retreat;a great home to relax in after 18 holes. in Hudson

This comfortable family home is the ideal place to return to after a day at the beach or on the golf course. It is located within the Links Golf  Course community, with the  beautiful club house a few minutes walk from the house.

As well as The Links, there are several good golf courses located within a few miles of the house.Hudson beach is a few minutes  drive and for those who are considering The Bonati Institute for treatment, it's only 1 mile from the house.

It has been decorated to a  high standard and has everything you will need for the perfect vacation, including a large selection of books and music to entertain you, while  lazing in the Florida sunshine.

The oversized pool is very  inviting and has complete privacy. There is a covered lania area, with plenty of shade, where you can dine outside . A BBQ is provided  for your enjoyment.The pool area enjoys full sunshine thoughout the day.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and you can be assured of a peaceful, undisturbed vacation here.Your comfort and safety are a priority and everything will be done to ensure you have the perfect vacation.There is a local management company who will see to any problems or requests that you may have.

The house is split plan, with the master suite off to one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.

The master suite has sliding glass doors out to the covered lania, as does guest bedroom 3. The master suite has a queen, four poster style  bed. The en- suite bathroom has a step in shower as well as a large tub.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is a guest bathroom  shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. All linens and towels are provided.

There is a formal dining room, off the central kitchen area and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The kitchen is full equipped with a microwave and a  full cooker and oven , toaster, blender, large refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. The large living room has a music centre and there is also a TV den off this area, with a large TV, DVD player and a selection of films for your entertainment. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

There are numerous things to do during your visit to Hudson and the surrounding area.

 If you are a golfer, first place to play is the Links course, 1 minute from the house, with Beacon Woods and  Meadow Oaks close by. Within an hour's drive north is the spectacular Brooksville Country Club and Golf course. With it's  four quarry holes,  there is no course to rival it's design in Central Florida.

Canoes can be hired at Weeki Wachee Springs .

If you feel like a game of tennis, Veteran's Memorial park is a few mintes drive and has several  courts, no booking required and it's free. There is also a walking track here too.

There are a few 10 Pin Bowling venues close by with Hudson Bowl  located within a mile of the house.

You can take fishing trip from Tarpon Springs or just wander around this quaint, Greek fishing town and visit the historic Sponge Docks.

Busch Gardens is well worth a visit and is  about 50 minutes drive from the house.

Disney World  and the Orlando Theme parks are approximately 90 minutes drive.

The Florida Aquarium is a great place to take the children  and is easily reached .

Lowry Park Zoo is  within an hour's drive from the house.

Hudson Beach is close by and has Sam's Beach Bar as well as The Inn on the Gulf  for food and drinks.Sam's bar has live music on the weekends.

Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are around an hour's drive but well worth the effort.

For the shoppers out there, Gulf View Mall is less than 10 minutes drive and has all the large department stores that you expect, Macy's, J C Penny's, Dillards and Sears as well as a large selection of smaller stores.

Citrus Park Mall and International Plaza are in Tampa and can be reached from Veteran's Expressway in around 30/ 45 minutes.

A large selection of restaurants are close by, including the chains, Chilli's, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Carrabas

$750.00 per week for  September/ October/ November 2009

$800.00 per week for Thanksgiving and  through to  Christmas 2009.

$750.00 per week April, May 2010.

$800.00 per week  from  June /July /August 2010.

For an extra cost of $10 per day, electric pool heat may be arranged.

All prices quoted are plus Florida sales tax of 9%.

$200.00 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival

A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required at time of balance payment
