Our condo at Seaside at Anastasia has 3 bedrooms, a full size laundry room and kitchen, with a total of 1448 square feet.  This is a 1st floor unit.  It is a newer condominium complex.  Extras include WiFi in the unit, a pool, lighted fountain lagoon and a clubhouse with an exercise room. Not only is it spacious, but only a 5 minute walk from the pier and beach.  It is located at the complex on A1A right across the street from the pier/parking/volleyball area.  We consider it to be a prime location with walking distance to Rita's Ice, restaurants, the farmer's market on Thursdays & much more.

Property Rates:

$1,100.00/ Weekly- March, April, May, June, July, All weeks with a Holiday in them

$900.00 /Weekly August

$750.00/ Weekly (Excluding Holiday weeks)- September, October, November, December, January, February

Nightly Rate $175.00,  3-Night Minimum (Non-Holiday Only)=$525.00 week-end rate

Refundable Security Deposit:  $250.00
(Keys must be returned)

TAX:  State sales tax and county bed taxes are mandated by these agencies and are subject to change.  You will be charged current tax percentages on your rental at check-in time.

CLEANING FEE:  $85.00 For standard cleaning and may be subject to additional charges depending on the condition the unit is left in.

Rates are determined by housekeeping and subject to change.
