The south facing screened lanai has a larger than average heated
pool overlooking a picturesque lake. There is a shaded patio area
outside the lounge doors which is ideal for BBQ's and alfresco
dining and has seating for 6/8. The master suite has a Four poster
king bed, corner bath and walkin shower and has pool/lake views. plus TV
Bedroom 2 has a T.V.and king bed and shares a bathroom with twin bedded
no3.The fourth bedroom is in its own wing and has its own bathroom
and has twin beds and T.V.

The Living Room has a 51 inch T.V.

. Naples Elegant 5th Ave with its fabulous shops/
restaurants and miles of sugar sand beach is 8 mins drive. We also
have a Gas Grill for all your BBQ needs.

Our home is situated on the private gated community of Briarwood
Naples and has 24 security giving access to residents and guests
only. It has a community clubhouse, 2 heated community pools,
childrens playarea, golf driving range, basketball court and tennis
courts.The villa is equiped to a very high standard. Kitchen has
larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large oven and hob, garbage
disposal and full range of kichen equipment. The dining room
overlooks the pool and lake so is great for relaxing and fishing and watching
the sunset. We have a formal lounge area aswell as a family area for
watching TV or videos. Bedrooms are situated in 3 different areas of
the house. We have free high speed internet access for all our guests

The villa is only a few minutes drive from Old Naples Pier and its
miles of sugar sand beaches and crystal waters of the gulf. Naples
offers some of the best shopping in South Florida with many designer
names in 3rd and 5th Avenues. Situated on the edge of the Evergades
you can take a trip on an airboat and go hunting alligators or for
the less adventurous you can visit Naples Zoo. Sailing trips are
easily booked through Naples marina. Its is said that Naples in one
of the Golf capitals of the World so golf is easily booked at one of
the many top golf clubs in the area.
