Our recently renovated beach side studio is just steps away from the heated pool or gorgeous white sand beach and warm emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll love the tranquillity, lush tropical landscaping and spectacular sunsets this exclusive spot on Longboat Key has to offer. Our studio is only 5 miles from the world famous shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle.

Our beach side studio is perfect for short term stay. The unit has a very comfortable bedroom setting with a warm modern decor. The unit comes with a flat screen TV, DVD, high speed wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot plate and cookware. Washer and dryer on-site.

(Note: This unit has a lock-out unit which can rented to allow the 1 bedroom studio to be converted into a 3 bedroom unit with washer/dryer. Additional fees apply.)
