PLEASE NOTE: OUR MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 4 NIGHTS AND OVER HOLIDAYS IS TYPICALLY 5 - 7 NIGHTS. WE DO NOT RENT FOR 2 DAY WEEKENDS NOR LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS OVER CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEARS. 

Our house suits up to 6 adults (3 couples or 4 singles) or two families (two couples (4 adults) and kids). It is not suitable for group of 6 or more singles..... we only allow a maximum of 6 adults.

2012-2013 Ski Season

$300-$700/night (4 night minimum at all times - New Years is 5 night Minimum)- Email/Call for details (please check below). Rates quoted do not include holidays unless specified.  All rates are inclusive of tax and cleaning. (no extra charges – check our competition).

All season Mid-week 4-day special, $325/Night Monday-Thurs
nights only (some weeks excluded).

7-Day week commencing a weekday and ending a weekday $375/Night
($2,625/Week) (This stay must start and end on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, or Friday and is not valid if your stay commences on a Saturday or
Sunday.

7-Day week - start and ending on Sat. or Sun. $450/Night
($3,150/Week).

4-Day weekend (Peak Ski Season) $500 per night ($2,000)
commences Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Holiday Rates:

We have a special for US Thanksgiving (Whistler Opening Weekend)- $1,350 all inclusive
for 4 nights (Nov 21-24) (Reduced from $1,600).

New Years:

7 Day week commencing December 29, 2012 over New Years to
January 5, $4,200 or $600/night all inclusive. House is great for 3 couples in
three bedrooms, this is $200 per bedroom per night all in. 5 Day Stay from Dec. 29 = $3,500($700 /nt).

Martin Luther King Day Weekend (4 day weekend over Jan 21,
2013), $2,000 ($500 per night) or 7 day week starting Friday Jan 18, $2,800 ($400
per night).

Presidents Day (rented 2013) - 7 day Week (Friday Feb 15 to Friday Feb 22),
$3,325 ($475 per night), or 4 day weekend starting Thursday Feb 14 or Friday
Feb 15, $2,400 ($600 per night).

Note Christmas is rented in 2012.

Rates are for max 6 adults, subject to change w/o notice and
availability. Rates are inclusive unless otherwise specified. We do not charge
additional taxes. Please note - all rates subject to change and are not firm
until booked with a contract and deposit. Daily rates are based upon the
minimum timeframe specified and will change if the timeframe booked is longer
or shorter.

Summer Rates (2013):

$250/Night ($1,750/Week) (This stay must start and end on a Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and is not valid if your stay commences on a

4-Day weekend $350 per night ($1,400) commences Wednesday, Thursday
or Friday.
