This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in North Naples is located in Wiggins Lake and Preserves, a small quiet 220 unit community, West of 41 and 5 minutes from Delnor Wiggins State Park, rated as one of the top beaches in the nation, where you can swim, fish, shell, watch the dolphins frolic and enjoy spectacular sunsets, and also near Vanderbilt and Barefoot Beaches and Lovers Key.

The 1200 sq ft. air conditioned condo has a breakfast/dining area, formal dining area with chandelier, seating 6, cathedral ceilings, full kitchen with breakfast bar.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms and brand new carpeting throughout.
The laundry room has a full washer and dryer.
There are 2 TV's and a VCR DVD Player.
The tree shaded, screened Lanai overlooks a lake and provides privacy and
coolness while you observe Florida's nature
There are 2 heated pools, tennis court and club house. Renters can join in planned activities.
The condo has reserved, covered parking and space for guests.

A short drive will take you to downtown Naples with it's charming stores, Art Galleries, Sugden Theatre, Naples Art Museum, Naples Philharmonic, Tin City, Trolley Tours and excellent restaurants.
Nearby you will find golf, Audubon bird watching at Corkscrew Bird Sanctuary, kayaking, fishing, boating, Outlet shopping, a Carribean Zoo, Everglade tours with Air Boat rides and Indian Reservations. Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Island are also nearby. (recommendation- kayaking through the Mangrove swamps in Sanibel - our favorite)
