Extended Stay Vacation Condo in Las Vegas

Our budget vacation condo is located on Boulder Highway minutes from Sam's Town, Sunset Station, Boulder Station, and the brand new Eastside Cannery Casino. Gaming, entertainment, shopping, and great restaurants are all just minutes away and the famous Las Vegas Strip is a short 15 minute drive. Our beautiful condo is stocked with high quality linens and dishes, king/queen size pillow top beds, free internet access, and flat screen TVs with DVDs. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in vacation accommodations! Your stay will include use of a sparkling swimming pool and jacuzzi, a fitness center, all in a beautifully landscaped environment!

This condo is beautifully decorated & newly furnished with cable and wireless high speed internet. It has 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed with 2 bath rooms. Living Room has large screen flatpanel TV, DVD player and iPod docking station . There are TV and DVD player in each bedroom. Dining Room complete with 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils. All linens and towels are included. Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer & Dryer are inside the unit. 

This luxurious Condo located nearby to all Las Vegas' attractions. Enjoy the shows, movie theaters, casinos, bowling, shopping, amazing restaurants, night clubs, golfing, sightseeing, hiking and etc.

$1595 per month, Peak season (November 1st to March 31st) $1995 per month.

Refundable Security Deposit:  $400 for monthly rental due at time of reservation. $100 unrefundable cleaning fee.

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

30 day notice of cancellation required for refund of deposit.
