This executive home is for those who want to enjoy their vacation or winter in "style"...yet take care of things.
The view is spectacular. Enjoy the caged lanai with pool, spa type sitting area and lake view. There is no better view. The large screened area extends the already fabulous home to an outside oasis, with table for eating, gas BBQ grill and loungers to sun in.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen. Dining seating for 6 , fully equipped to fix any holiday dinner + corian counter tops.
Master: King bed+ TV with for night time viewing. Master bath has two sinks and spacious counter tops. Walk in shower and tub for bathing.
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed and TV. This bedroom is at the opposite side of the house and has it's own private bath next to it.
3rd bedroom: Two twins in third bedroom.
There is a desk for office use which includes printer and wireless internet.
Located in Greemfiled Plantation Golf community but surrounded by numerouse golf courses such as University Park, Palm Aire, Tara, Rosedale, and more....
This is a NON Smoking, NO PETS home....no excetptions.
Children and visiting guest must be approved.
This is a MONTHLY rental only. No weekly considered.
There is free long distance in the US and Canada.
Pool can be heated in the winter months for a charge. $125 week $300 per month.
