from the shore line of Lake Bellaire, part of the Antrim County’s
lower chain of lakes.
The cottage is beautifully furnished, with knotty pine walls,
minutes from the town of Bellaire and less than hour to Traverse
City or Charlevoix. Sleeps 6, one bath, 2 bedroom, with queen
sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dishwasher, and wash and dryer. Sits on
30+ of private land, no neighboring houses, very secluded. Water
access to Calm Lake and Torch Lake.

Lake Bellaire is a full sport lake. Great fishing for large and
small mouth bass, pike and pan fish. Great lake for water skiiing,
boating. Boat Rental by others on the Lake.
The cottage has a nice lawn with a camp fire pit.

The cabin is ready for use beginning May 1. The weekly rental rate is $1050/week, Saturday to Saturday.
