Floors have Tile on the diagonal throughout living areas, except for the bedrooms which have plush cream-colored carpeting. Upgraded lighting fixtures. Formal Dining Room opens to the Living Room with large doorwall which opens to the screened-in lanai. Incredible view of the small lake and lighted fountain!
