1. Yes my villa is a Direct Oceanfront villa located on the preferred second floor! My
Villa faces the ocean. The onsite pool and parking area are not in front of our private
balcony but a vision of beautiful sand dunes and the breathtaking ocean!
2. Yes my photos are of the actual villa.
3. Sorry, NO Pets allowed this includes any and all kinds of pets pursuant to Homeowners
Association by-laws.
4. I require a minimum 4 night rental during off-season from September 20-March 1, 2008. Saturday-
Saturday rentals from March 1st through September 20, 2008.
5. The pool is heated from March 2 till Mother nature takes over.
6. Snow Birds are more than welcomed! Winter Monthly rentals from Nov-Feb! March - October
no monthly rentals. Winter monthly rates from $1200.00, additional fee's may apply.

2bd/2bath 8K Fiddlers Cove Beach & Racquet Club Now accepting long and short term- 5
minute walk to beach. You will find this property off of Folly Field Road Mile marker #6. Fiddlers
has 22 acres of beautiful landscaped and is a gated /guarded property. Providing 2 pools and 10
clay tennis courts, children's play areas with swing sets and slides. Tennis is free, so this is
perfect for tennis teams. BBQ stations are located outside on the front side of buildings. If you
are
looking for a larger place please inquire for details great! Month of August summer sale going on
now. $645.00 plus 11% tax. New amenitie, players club fitness center including the use of their
indoor pool. Guest pass available upon arrival.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Amenities: Swimming pool, toddler pool, boardwalk to beach, on site manager, security, newspaper
machines, postal box, bicycle racks, outside shower on board walk, water hose for car washing. Villa-
1 expanded cable TV’s, 1 VCR, DVD/CD player, CD, cassette player, one remote control ceiling fans,
new air conditioner and heat. Iron and Ironing board, 2 beach chairs, beach games, cards, game
board,
Dvd, Video and reading Library. Full kitchen, equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a
blender for those island drinks. Bathroom includes a hair dryer. Bath towels included. Telephone
provided for local calls. Sorry no long distance. Tiki bar nearby.
Strictly enforced!!! No Smoking and No pets permitted pursuant to the
By-laws of the Breakers homeowners association. All violators will
loose their Security/Damage deposit, face management fines and
eviction from property.
Activities and Attractions
Activities at the Breakers and Hilton Head Island include:
Swimming, beach, bicycles, golf, tennis nearby @ our #1 choice is
Vandermeer tennis in Shipyard. Great clinics and staff are very nice.
Coligny Plaza directly across the street, this is the oldest shopping
area on Hilton Head and also a favorite among islanders. You will
find many shops and great restaurants "our favorite is Market Street
Cafe", you'll find something for everyone and they even have a
wonderful well stocked grocery store fondly known as the "PIG"
NON/SMOKING VILLA, NO/PETS ALLOWED PURSUANT TO HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION BY-LAW Fines, loss of security damage deposit and
eviction to violator.
Vacation Rental Rates
Summer weeks Sat-Sat - The only additional cost is 11% SC Tax
Off Season 4 night minimum nightly rates from $140-$240
2008 Vacation rates: May 25-June, July, Aug-Sept 13, 08, $1025.00 wk plus 11% SC tax. 5-day rental
request will be priced out at the weekly rate Sept 13-Oct 4, $825.00
plus tax to save you money. Nightly rate is $240.00 per night from May 24-September 13, 2008.-Sept
Oct 4-Nov 1, Weekly rate $745.00 - Nov 1- February 27th 09., $675.00 per week.
Feb 28-Sept 19, 09 $1095.00 per week, plus 11% SC Tax. Winter rental Nov-February $1200.00 per
month.
Plan your summer vacation ahead of time. I typically book the summer
by January or February. Now accepting calendar year 2008/09 winter and 2009 summer
reservations. During spring break and vacation season a $150.00 security/damage deposit refundable
fee is required.
2009 Summer rates $1095.00 plus tax.
Fiddlers Cove 2 bd 2 bath last minute special summer weekly rate for remaining month of August
$645.00. September $565.00 October $545.00. November - February, 09 $525.00. Holiday weeks may be
higher!
Cleaning fee, linens and towels included weekly rate. Payment is as follows:50% down
to secure villa with balance + Security/Damage refundable deposit due 45 Days prior to arrival.
