Gorda, Port Charlotte and a variety of excellent restaurants. 
Numerous public golf courses are in area, along with many of Florida's finest beaches (Englewood, Venice, Boca Grande, Ft Myers, Sanibel/Captiva). This region of SW Florida abounds with historical and cultural attractions. In the immediate area, Ponce De Leon Park 
and Gilchrist Park offer beautiful waterfront recreational areas, with walking/biking trails, picnicking, children's play areas, tennis courts, fishing piers/boat launches. Just minutes to US 41 (Tamiani Trail) and I-75. St Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater, Bradenton and Siesta Key beaches are to the north, while Bonita, Naples and Marco Island beaches are to the south, all reachable for day trips. Festivals and flea markets are regularly conducted in the 
area.

• General Rate Information(monthly rates listed below are subject to +12% sales/ tourist tax + Utilities + $100/cleaning fee
• Presently we have the following availability during peak season (Jan.-April). The last 2 weeks in January (beginning 01/16/2010) at $800/week (includes Utilities) and the month of April at $1900. We have 1 UNIT STILL available for a 3 month MINIMUM STAY at $7495 + 12%/tax + Utilities + $100/cleaning fee for the 3 months.

• Our LOW OFF season rates are available from mid April until Nov. 28th.$500.00 to $600.00/week (includes utilities) + 12% tax + $50/cleaning fee. $1000/month
• December rate is $700.00/week. (includes utilities) + 12% tax +$50/cleaning fee. $1200/month
• January thru mid April rate is $800.00/week (includes utilities) + 12% tax + $50/cleaning fee. $2600/month. 
• We have found that for those energy conscious people it is more economical for them to pay for their exact utility usage (usually around $150-$200/month) rather then have us charge a flat rate.
• We also have Lease Programs available for 6+ months-contact us for details. (rentals in excess of 6 months do not have to pay the 12% Florida sales and tourist tax)
• Weekly rates generally require arrival and departure on a Saturday.
• If your stay would not fall within any of the above listings feel free to contact us for a rate quote.
• 10,000 lbs. Boat Lift may be available at $125/month.
• Check In time: 3 to 6 pm Check Out time: prior to 10 am.
• 50% deposit at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival.
• Rates quoted are based on 4 people including children staying. Additional guests would need to be approved in advance. (additional charges may apply) 
• Refunds are available if your stay is rented to another party.
