Sunset Villas located in Punta Gorda Isles Florida is a triplex facility independently owned and operated by Bob and Gail Allen.  With over 20 years of experience as the proprietors of a highly successful cottage community and motel in the popular tourist town Bar Harbor Maine you can be assured your accommodations are being managed by people who understand the importance of your vacation plans.  We have experience in providing for the needs of both long and short term stays.   So whether you plan on staying for a week or a month you can be assured we will do our best to make sure it is enjoyable.  We have tried to equip your rental with everything you'll need to make you feel you are staying in your home away from home.  We pride ourselves on offering clean and comfortable accommodations at a reasonable rate.  Our years of experience in dealing with the changing needs and expectations of today's travelers gives us the knowledge to make sure your rental is just what you need and we have promise. These are housekeeping rentals that have been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. You will be taking care of your own daily cleaning needs. For your convenience we do provide start up cleaning and bathroom supplies. These units are best suited for vacationing couples looking for a quite and private rental.

This complex only has 3 units. They are all waterfront rental units with a 35 ft. heated swimming pool located on wide intersecting saltwater canals in Punta Gorda Isles Florida only minutes from the popular Fisherman's Village and historic downtown Punta Gorda.  You will not be sharing the pool area with 15-25 other rentals.  Since the pool area is most always vacant you can be assured of a private relaxing vacation.  This is the perfect destination for travelers looking for PRIVACY, RELAXATION and COMFORT, or travelers looking for adventure. Whatever you are looking for, the Sunset Villas are in a perfect location for your visit to the Southwest Florida area. 
Located just minutes from some of Punta Gorda's finest attractions.  You will have easy access to fabulous restaurants, shopping, area beaches, boating, sight seeing cruises and spectacular sunsets from your own balcony and much more.

Although these units can accommodate up to 4 people they are generally rented to a couple of mature people looking for a quite relaxing rental.  

AVOID SCAMS- Rentals of less than 6 months are considered transient rentals and the renter must pay the state of Florida (7%) and Charlotte County (5%) a 12% sales tax. Any rental not paying this tax is illegal.  Never send any money until you are confident the rental is legitimate.

Numerous public golf courses are in area, along with many of Florida's finest beaches (Englewood, Venice, Boca Grande, Ft Myers, Sanibel/Captiva). This region of SW Florida abounds with historical and cultural attractions. In the immediate area, Ponce De Leon Park 
and Gilchrist Park offer beautiful waterfront recreational areas, with walking/biking trails, picnicking, children's play areas, tennis courts, fishing piers/boat launches. Just minutes to US 41 (Tamiani Trail) and I-75. St Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater, Bradenton and Siesta Key beaches are to the north, while Bonita, Naples and Marco Island beaches are to the south, all reachable for day trips. Festivals and flea markets are regularly conducted in the

• Jan. @ $2600.00/month-this represents a discount of $350.00
• Jan., Feb. @ $2500.00/month-this represents a discount of $900.00
• Jan., Feb. and March @ $2450.00/month-this represents a discount of $1500.00
• Jan., Feb., March and April @ $2200.00/month-this represents a discount $1900.00

The above listed rates include all fees, taxes and up to a $200.00/month Utility Allowance (water and electric).At this time the only single month rental we have available during peak season would be for Jan. or April.Let me know if you have any questions.

Reservations made after 10/01/2012 should refer the rates below:

1. Rates listed below include all utilities and fees. Jan. , Feb. and March $2950/month. April $2000/month. A discount of $200/month would apply to those rentals that would prefer to pay exact usage for Water and Electric Utilities.
2. Our LOW OFF SEASON  rates are available from mid April until Nov. 28th.$550.00 to $650.00/week. Monthly rates start at $1150/month.December rate is $750.00/week. $1350/monthJanuary thru mid April rate is $850.00/week.   
   
   
3. Check In time: 3 to 6 pm Check Out time: prior to 10 am. However we can be more flexible with advanced notice.

50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival.Rates quoted are based on 2 people including children staying. Additional guests would need to be approved in advance. (additional charges may apply) Refunds are available if your stay is rented to another party.
