Second bedroom has double bed, walk-in closet and full bath just outside bedroom door. A fully screened, tiled lanai overlooks a quiet, preserved area. The kitchen is newly tiled and has all modern appliances including a microwave. It comes completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. New ceiling fans are installed in every room. The condo also includes a full sized washer and dryer, cable TV, a new 32" LED TV in the living area and a TV in each bedroom, DVD, local phone service, free long distance in the USA and private parking. The quiet, well-maintained pool and hot tub are located directly in front of the condo.

  The condo is situated in a private community with one entrance. It's only a 10 minute drive from the Southwest Florida International Airport. Renters have access to passes for use of the 18 hole executive golf course. Golf carts can be picked up at the clubhouse, which is conveniently located just around the corner of the condo. The clubhouse has a beautiful pool, a lovely restaurant and bar for your relaxation.

  Cross Creek in Fort Myers has so much to offer. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach are just a short drive away. Sanibel and Captiva, Southwest Florida's jewels, are less than a 30 minute drive. Historical landmarks such as Thomas Edison's Estate and Henry Ford's Estate are just minutes away. It is a beautiful way to spend a day. And if you enjoy shopping, you will find the most beautiful gallerias, malls and outlets. Fort Myers is also home to their minor league baseball team, the Fort Myers Miracles. The stadium is also the spring training facility of the Minnesota Twins. In the city of Fort Myers, you will also find the spring training stadium for the Boston Red Sox.
