This luxury condo is completely brand new, exceptionally spacious and offers the most incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, the Malecon and Downtown Vallarta.

This condo has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with King beds, and the other with a Queen. There are 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite bathroom with a jet tub, full shower, walk-in closet, double sinks and beautiful fixtures.  All rooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning throughout the entire condo.

The living room, kitchen and large outdoor terrace join to create the perfect atmosphere for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Glass partitions can be completely opened to reveal gorgeous ocean views and the perfect gentle breeze.  The terrace is huge with a lounge area to enjoy breakfast, read a book or simply kick up your feet and take in the inspiring views. There is an outdoor table for dining, as well as a built-in outdoor grill.   

The main living area has a flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and a great stereo system.  There is also internet access, wifi throughout. 

The gourmet kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, icemaker, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, complete dishware, cookware and utensils to satisfy all of your needs.  There is also within the unit, a high quality washer and dryer. 

Outside, take a dip in the vast infinity pool, while listening to the sound of the waves crash. Take an afternoon nap in a handsome hammock strung between the palms in the flawlessly manicured lawns. Take a walk along the artistic River Cuale and experience the charm of the locals.

Holiday periods are charged at peak season rates.

PAYMENT TERMS.  We accept the following forms of payment, in order of preference: PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer.  Unfortunately we cannot accept checks of any kind.  50% of Rental Fees are due upon Booking.  The remaining 50% of Rental Fees + Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to Arrival. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
