Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in our South Lake Tahoe chalet and experience all that 
South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Majestic pine trees surround the 
chalet. The chalet is within close proximity to casinos and ski 
resorts. The chalet is complete with three bedrooms. All bedding is 
included. Even extra fluffy pillows. For your enjoyment a new hot 
tub sits among the pines. The chalet enjoys a large stone fireplace 
that keeps things warm and cozy. We have many games for your family 
to enjoy. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking accessories to 
meet your culinary needs. There is also a large secluded backyard to 
roam and relax in. Our rates are competitive and our house is loaded 
with your favorite features.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities Include: Hot Tub/Cable TV/DVD Player/VCR/Fireplace/Washer 
and Dryer/Microwave/Coffee Maker/Barbeque and more.

Our chalet has the feel of mountain living yet is close to 
activities and amenities. Some of the nearby attractions are: 
Heavenly Ski Resort (6 miles); Emerald Bay Lake; Tahoe Winter Sports 
Center; Sierra-at-Tahoe; Hornblower Cruises; Marina Village Camp 
Richardson and Pope Beach.

The arrangement of beds are as follows: 1 queen size bed in master 
bedroom/2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom/1 double futon bed and 1 
single bed on top bunk in 3rd bedroom. 

Activities and Attractions

Summer Activities:
Hiking; biking; beaches; boating; sailing; casinos; golf; sky 
diving; fishing; horseback riding; water skiing; paddleboat cruises 
(Ms Dixie and Tahoe Queen); kayaking; ATV-Jeep-Hummer Rides; Hot Air 
Balloon Rides and more. Barbeques and relaxation at the chalet is a 
must.

Winter Activities:
Snowboarding and downhill skiing; snowlobiling; sleigh rides; cross 
country skiing; sledding and more.

$165 weeknight, $185 night weekends
$1100 per week 

Summer 6/13-9/28/08
$135 weeknight, $155 night weekends
$925 per week 

Spring 4/13-6/13/08
$100 weeknight, $125 night weekends
$750 per week 

Fall 9/28-11/27/08
$100 weeknight, $125 night weekends
$750 per week 

Major Holidays
(Xmas week 12/21-12/28/07 - $250/n) 
(New Years week 12/28/07-1/4/08 - $300/n)
-4 night minimum stay

Other holidays include:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving ($195/n); Martin Luther 
($200/n) and 
Presidents Day ($250/n); July 4th ($225/n)

House Policy & Misc.:
- 2 night minimum stay.
- Check-in is after 3:30pm / Check-out is before 11:00am. No early 
check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- $300 refundable security deposit required. 
- Rental rates subject to El Dorado County 10% city tax.
- Occupancy 8 People Per New South Lake Tahoe City Ordinance.
- $80.00 cleaning fee.
- This is a non-smoking rental. 
- Currently we are not accepting pets. 

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than two weeks in advance will receive a 60% 
refund of all money received. 
- Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will receive a 30% 
refund of all money received. 
- Cancellations less than 72 hrs before check-in will not receive 
any refund. 

Payment Options:
- As payment for rental and deposit we accept Cashiers Check/Money 
Order/Visa/Master Card/American Express and Discover.
