Stay in our South Lake Tahoe Retreat and experience all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. This is a great house in the Gardner Mountain Area of South Lake Tahoe. Perfect for a family vacation.

The National Forest is just down the street for hikes, mountain biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing. Keep going and you'll enter Fallen Leaf Lake. The biking trails are so close and will take you to all of the neighboring beaches, Emerald Bay and more. Majestic pine trees surround the house.

The retreat is within close proximity to the beach, casinos, ski resorts, hiking/biking trails, horseback riding and so much more. You will love the house's location to all the Lake Tahoe fun.

The retreat is complete with three bedrooms. Included in your rental is all bedding and towels, high speed internet, smart tv with free Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and dining utensils, and even spices. For your enjoyment a hot tub sits among the pines. The retreat enjoys a large stone fireplace that keeps things warm and cozy. We have many games for your family to enjoy. There is also a large secluded backyard to roam and relax in.

Our rates are competitive, we will work with you on the price if your vacation is at least 3 nights.

Located in South Lake Tahoe's Gardner Mountain area which is close to Tahoe Keys and is approx. one mile from Camp Richardson Beach and Marina (great beach, place to rent a boat and a restaurant on the water), Pope Beach, Baldwin Beach, 4 miles from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and 5 miles from the casinos. Other nearby attractions are Emerald Bay, Heavenly Village Shops, Lake Tahoe Winter Sports Center, Sierra @ Tahoe, Hornblower Cruises, Camp Richardson Horse Stables and more.

Amenities include: Hot Tub, High Speed Internet with WiFi, Smart TV with Free Netflix, Cable TV, DVD Player, Fireplace, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Washer, Dryer, 2-Car Garage, Barbecue, Picnic Area and more.  Pack n'play available upon request.

The arrangement of beds are as follows: 1 queen size bed in master bedroom, 2 double beds (brand new and comfy) in the 2nd bedroom, 1 double futon bed and 1 single bed on top bunk in 3rd bedroom.

Summer Activities:
Hiking, biking, beaches, boating, sailing, casinos, golf, sky diving, fishing, horseback riding, water skiing, paddle-boat cruises (Ms Dixie and Tahoe Queen), kayaking, ATV-Jeep-Hummer Rides, Hot Air Balloon Rides and more. Barbeques and relaxation are a must.

Winter Activities:
Snowboarding and downhill skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, cross country skiing, sledding and more.

House Policy & Misc.:
- 2 night minimum stay.
- Check-in is after 4:00pm / Check-out is before 11:00am. No early check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- $300 refundable security deposit required.
- Rental rates subject to South Lake Tahoe 10% city tax.
- Occupancy 8 People Per New South Lake Tahoe City Ordinance.
- $90.00 cleaning fee.
- This is a non-smoking rental.
- Currently we are not accepting pets.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than two weeks in advance will receive a 60% refund of all money received.
- Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will receive a 30% refund of all money received.
- Cancellations less than 72 hrs before check-in will not receive any refund.

Payment Options:
- As payment for rental and deposit we accept credit card payments through Pay Pal or a personal check.
