The property is surrounded by woods. Lots of places to explore and for children to play.

Your dogs are welcome but not in the house. They are welcome to sleep in a crate in the garage and should not be allowed to roam the neighborhood at any time.

There is a full basement for children to play. It has outside access and large windows for lake views.

The porch swing is the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets over Lake Norman!
