It is situated in a very desirable community - Solana Resort, just off Hwy 27 (between the I-192 and I-4), only 8 miles away from Disney World, a few minutes from several renown golf courses. This is truly your perfect home away from home.

The entire villa is newly furnished with all brand new furniture from Ashley and Home Elegance, new quality bedding and mattresses. Rooms and suits are lavishly decorated in a classical style but retained modern elements. This villa is equipped witha full kitchen,  free high speed wireless Internet, free domestic and international phone calls, free use of BBQ gril.  EVERY bedroom has its own TV.  

The sparkling heated pool and spa soothes away the stress and tiredness of your long day’s visit to Orlando, Disney World or the golf courses. To protect your young children the pool area has a protecting fence. This villa also has a game room with a full size slate LEISURE BAY billiard and air hockey table that can be turned into a Ping-Pong table. All guests have free access to the state-of-art clubhouse including kids’ playground, community size swimming pool/spa.

For the families with younsters this villa also provides high chair
and portable crib and stroller.

All guests have free access to the fabulous resort clubhouse, which has fitness room and gym, resort sized pool/spa, IT center with free Internet access, children playground and beach volleyball court.

Our villa is situated just off Hwy 27 between the 192 and I-4. It is only 8 miles from Disney and close to all other theme Parks and best golf courses. The Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex are only about an hour away and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf coast just over an hour. Getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze.

Taxes: 12%

Pool Heating:   $200 per week, tax included or $30 per night, plus tax (4 night minimum).

Use of Gas Grill:  $40, guest is responsible for refilling the profane tank if there it's empty.
 
Cleaning Fees:  waived for over 6 nights stay, otherwise cleaning fee is $130  (5 nights or less).

Reservation Deposit:  $300 or 30% of rental cost, whichever is greater. Balance plus $300 damage security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
