additional bedroom suite w/Walk-in clost & tiled,private bath
upstairs.

WINTER: Ski Beech offers Ice Skating, Skiing, Tubing and village to
just "hang out" in. Sledding hill in town.
SUMMER: Beech Mountain Club Ammenities: Golf Course, pool, tennis,
dining and other activities.
YEAR ROUND: Hiking trails (Pond Creek Trail runs right by house), 2
stocked fishing lakes. Genesis Wildlife Center offers a wide variety
of wild animals to view/pet. Buckeye Lake park offers playground,
trails & more!

MONTHLY: $1400/mon except for winter
