Wake up to the sunrise on the beach in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 story elegant beachside home in Daytona Beach Shores. Hear the waves come in while you sit and have a cool drink or a beachside cookout with friends and family.
This is a huge home with beds enough for 12 people. There's lots of dining seating and plenty of seating in the TWO living room areas!
DOWNSTAIRS boasts a large kitchen with all amenities, 3 dining tables and a bar with seating for 18 people, a small reading area, a large living room area with 52" TV. and a large master bedroom with a king bed and a beautiful shower bath. A short walk out the back door and down a boardwalk path takes you to the world's most famous, beautiful beach.
UPSTAIRS you'll find a huge living room with TV, 3 couches, and a dining table. Bedrooms include 1 BR with a queen bed, a 2nd BR with 2 queen beds and a shower bath, and a 3rd BR with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. 2 full bathrooms upstairs! The upstairs outdoor balcony has seating and a view you won't believe! What a place to have your morning coffee!
Outside is parking enough for motorcycle trailers, motorcycles, and cars. A 3 car garage is available.
