Beautiful log house on a large lot with pines all around on a private road.  This log house is very unique and is very spacious inside and out with an extended deck in back for entertaining or kicking back and relaxing. 

Munds Park is only 15 minutes from Flagstaff; 30 minutes from Sedona; 1 1/2 hours from Grand Canyon; 30 minutes from Williams for the Christmas Polar Express Train Ride.  National Forest is approximately 1 mile from the house with great hiking, biking and ATV riding. 

Master Bedroom has king bed and is on first level with gas fireplace, tv with Directv, and sitting area for reading. 

Master Bath features his/her sinks, claw foot jacuzzi tub, and wrap around shower.

Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds and trundle which will sleep 4 children or young adults comfortably. 

One bath upstairs with dual sinks, and a powder room on first level. 

Television with Directv and dvd in children's room.

Fully furnished including washer and dryer, and dishwasher. 

Pack & Play and high chair for babies and small children.

Fenced in back yard for possible pets.

Surround sound with dvd in livingroom with 60" hd tv and gas fireplace. 

Spacious kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, microwave, and breakfast area.

Game room with pool table, ping pong table, and craps/poker games.  Game room also converts into a diningroom which easily sits 6-10.

Gas grill on deck, sitting area, gas firepit, and gas heater for cooler nights.

Everything is furnished, including bed linens, towels, dishes, cookware, glassware, even down to staple items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.  All you need to bring is your food and personal items.

Private lake (Lake O'Dell) for fishing and non-motorized boats.

Hiking, biking, ATV riding and playground within walking distance.

Sedona 20-30 minutes south; Flagstaff 15 minutes north; Snow Bowl Ski Lodge 40 minutes north, Grand Canyon 1 1/2 hours north.

2 night minimum on all rentals

$200.00 security deposit prior to rental (refundable)

$150.00 cleaning fee (non-refundable)

Rental fee + cleaning fee must be paid at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 5 days after your departure.

Pay through Pay Pal or check.

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date for refund.
