Third bedroom furnished with new twin beds. TV's in each room. Bathrooms attached to each room. This custom house is uniquely designed for entertainement with an open floor layout. Dining Room and fully equipped kitchen are open to sunken living room that leads out to the pool and beautifully manicured lawn. Washer & Dryer. Two car garage. House is on quiet street lined with beautiful homes and great neighbors. Cable TV. Will consider pets with additional security deposit.

May - September , USD$600 per week, US$1,800per month.

October - April, USD$700 per week, USD$2,250 per month.

Security deposit based on length of rental.

20% Rental deposit due with rental agreement. Balance due six weeks prior to rental date.

Cleaning fee of $85.00

Electrical allowance based on usage of $50 per week. Excess usage will be charged against deposit.
