Laundry facilities located in downstairs lanai and heated (if necessary)pool just
steps away. A Tiki Hut and docks located a few more steps away with good fishing, great views, and if you are patient and lucky you may see some Manatee and a Dolphin or two who DO visit us.  Unit is fully furnished and equipped....just bring your toothbrush !

Fishing Gear  provided in Unit ready for your use. There are major Supermarkets and other retailers  nearby, There are fans in every room (in addition to central air conditioning) including the screened lanais. The City is very sports oriented
with playing fields of every description nearby and bicycle paths everywhere with abundant parks available to enjoy your solitude . There are  movie theaters in town and amateur theatrics to see. Ft Myers (just across the Caloosahatchee River )from us also can provide movies, Broadway caliber stage productions and major guest appearances at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater or the Barbara B Mann Music Hall. In addition during the appropriate
season the Boston Redsox and Minnesotta Twins do their Spring Training in town with the Ft Myers Miracles (the Twins Class AAA Team) playing during the regular baseball season. Many Golf Courses local or nearby by. Houses of Worship of every denomination are nearby in town.

Boat Rentals, Sports Fishing either by Charter or Party Boat available nearby,
Town Beach or nearby beaches on Gulf of Mexico convenient. Depending on season some festivals occur. Edison and Ford Winter Estates are an interesting
attraction, and if visiting us in December, you cannot miss the beautiful Christmas Boat Parade in town. February brings the annual Edison Festival of Light Parade in Ft Myers which is a sight to see. Interesting & exciting for all.
