Vacation/Temporary rental is a second floor one bedroom/one bath condo completely gutted 2008. Re-done with granite, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, microwave/convection oven, Wolf electric cooktop (No oven other than microwave/convection), coffee maker, smoothie machine, pizza maker, granite island with tiki bar chairs. Completely gutted bathroom with tile, walk in shower, rainhead & hand held shower, counter height vanity with glass bowl. Counter height tiki dining room table, leather pull out queen size sofa sleeper in living room along with 47 inch flat screen tv. Bedroom has queen size bed , mattress is memory foam, plenty of closet storage. Bedroom also has 32 inch flat screen tv. 
This units balcony is overlooking the heated pool. 

  We have a 3 month minimum from Oct through May.  Rent is $1,200 per month with a $500 deposit required.  Renter pays cable tv & electric bills per month  (Cable is $70 a month & electric ranges from $50-100 a month depending on heat or a/c usage). Exiting cleaning fee 150.00 .  If interested in renting for 3 months outside of Oct-May please ask for rates & availibility.
