Less than 200 feet to the beach or pool. 1st floor (above parking - elevator is right by our entrance) Completely furnished - just bring your suit. Washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 3 t.v.s with cable, and wireless internet. Large master suite with king bed. Very clean!

This unit is part of the best condo complex on the key - Pelican Landing. It's a beautiful Gulf to Bay complex with a large heated pool, hot tub, covered parking, elevators, boat docking, and a tennis court. There is plenty of room to be alone if you choose, but you will love the people and social opportunites of Pelican Landing. The complex is nicely landscaped and very well maintained. Recent improvements include a new hot tub, complete painting of the exteriors, new doors, reconditioning of all the pool furniture, and more. You will not be disappointed with any part of your experience inside or out.

Less than 200 feet from you door are both the wide endless beach of Manasota Key, and the large pool and hot tub. Tennis, fishing and boat docks are all available at the complex. Many fine golf courses, restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. You can walk the beach in either direction for miles. You may see dolphins, turtle nests, great blue herons, a zillion shells, and so much more.
