Our lovely one bedroom, one bath townhouse is tastefully furnished in a southwestern theme with leather couches and recliner, glass-top and tile tables, and a glass and wrought iron dining table that seats four. Built in 2000, our townhouse features 17" tile floors and fresh paint in decorator colors. The large bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and is furnished with a medium/firm pillow-top mattress, large dresser, night stand and a computer desk concealed by a decorative screen. The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances, and a microwave and dishwasher. The full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry area of the attached single car garage. Dwarf citrus trees and a charcoal grill are in the walled back yard. A covered front patio offers a partial mountain view.

Your monthly rent includes:

Green Valley is conveniently located 25 miles south of the Tucson Airport. There are nine golf courses, a multi-screened theater, a 24-lane bowling center, an Elks Club, three grocery stores, several small shopping centers, a number of restaurants, the Titan Missile Museum and a nearby casino. 

Madera Canyon, a 15 minute drive east, is known world-wide for birding, and has many hiking trails and picnic areas. Tucson, a 25 minute drive north, offers fine dining, great shopping, live theater, museums, concerts, the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Biosphere 2, the Old Tucson studios, the Desert Museum, the historic San Xavier Mission and much, much more. Tubac, the site of the first state park, first school and first newspaper in Arizona is a 20 minute drive south on I-19. You can visit the living museum and the many artists' shops and galleries. May-October  $800 per month

November and December $1,400 per month

Additional $100 non-refundable deposit for each pet

$100 non-refundable cleaning deposit

 A $500 non-refundable rent payment is collected at the time of booking and will be applied to your first month's rent. The $100 non-refundable cleaning fee and the $100 (per pet) non-refundable pet fee are also required. To guarantee your reservation, the signed contract must be returned to owners within 5 days of receiving the lease. The balance of the first month's rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservations are made less than 60 days in advance, the full rent for the season is required.

Once the lease is signed, it is a legal and binding contract. We suggest that renters purchase vacation insurance.
