Single Floor home on dead-end street abutting large area of dense foliage 1/2 acre with large lawn and a canopy of oaks.Orange tree, other plantings and flowering shrubs. Screened front porch with Adorondick chair. Front door opens to entrance foyer. Large living room has working fireplace. New wall-to-wall carpeting. Full dining room has sliding glass doors that open to wood deck with table and chairs. Full-size kitchen with table and chairs, pantry and separate area for washer/dryer. Double doors open to large Master bedroom and Master bath with two sinks, skylight over oversize tub, stall shower, makeup corner with over head lighting and walk in closet. Carpeted bedroom and Den.
Law enforcement by Sheriff.
Town water shutoff located in box near road.
Progress Energy is electric company.
Heat is by propane. Provider is Amerigas
Telephone company is Windstream. Telephone including local calls is included. Long distance calling is tenants responsibility. I use Nobel for a card. Very cheap.
