Padre Oasis-Clean and Comfortable Condo--Free Wi Fi in South Padre Island

Neat and clean 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium, fully furnished condo including linens and kitchen.  Spacious and quiet.  Hardwood floors, leather furniture, modern appliances, cable TV.  This is a top floor unit overlooking a large swimming pool.   This is a great unit for people with allergies. The unit has one queen bed and two twin beds.  The condo is a half block from the beach and close to restaruants and shopping.  Free wireless internet is included. I accept Paypal, checks, or cash.

Padre Oasis has a large swimming pool in a beautiful courtyard with a hot tub.  There are laundry facilities on site and elevators.  This is a well maintained property and complex.  Many winter visitors and retirees return to this complex year-after-year. 

South Padre Island is a vacationer's paradise for those you love the beach and the sea.  Close by are chartered fishing, boat cruises, miles of beach, shopping, golfing, a movie theatre, and many restaurants and pubs.  Watching the sunset over the laguna madre over dinner or with a cold drink, is probably the best reason to come to SPI.  

Monthly Rates are as follows:  Rates for January, February, June and August are $1,750.00.  Rates for March, July, and August (High Season), are $2,300.00 per month.  All months are $1,500.00 per month. 

Weekly fees (except for March and July) are $1,000.00.  March, July, and August (High Season) weekly fees are $1,500.00.  High Season rates also apply to holiday weeks such as Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Christmas and New Years.

Daily rates for all months except March, June, July, and August are $175.00 per night (five day minimum booking).  For March, June, July, and August (High Season), the daily rates are $225.00 per night, (five night miniumum booking).  High Season rates also apply to holiday weekends such as Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July,  Labor Day, Christmas and New Years.

Additional Terms:  A damage deposit may be required at the sole discretion of the owner.  A rental deposit (1/2 of rent) must be received by landlord within seven days of booking to hold reservation.  There will be no refunds on cancellations within 30 days of rental period.  Payment of rents and damage deposit shall be by check, cash, or by Paypal.  Bookings of less than 30 days are subject to local sales taxes.  The Condo Association Rules for Padre Oasis prohibit rentals to spring break students or to any person under 25 years of age.  This is a no smoking/ no pets unit.
