This unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 comfortably.

There is a Queen bed in one room and 2 twins (or one king) in another. The sofas pulls out in each living room for another 4 guests. We also have a crib available.

The kitchen is well equipt for cooking and entertaining.

The pool area has a covered patio and bar, gas bbq grill, lounge seating, and a hammock under the palm trees.

A Slice of Paradise

My husband and I just spent a week at this little slice of paradise.
One of THE BEST equipt vacation homes I have experienced.
The property is well maintained and clean. The privacy afforded to renters is unique at this location. Could not see into or out of the back yard. The pool, although not heated was refreshing on some very hot days. Sparkling clean pool!
The house is decorated in true 'oceanfront' decor which adds to the whole Florida experience. We can't wait to come back next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Perfect Florida Family Getaway

My husband, 3 kids and I have just returned from Florida and the stay was amazing! The house was very clean, very well equipped for everything we needed. The kitchen was awesome, plenty of room to cook when we didn't want to go out. There was also a grill in the back yard for afternoon cookouts. The pool was very nice, my kids absolutely loved it. The back yard was very spacious and had plenty of privacy. Eric and Tammy were very accommodating. The pool and the yard were maintained the whole time we were there. There were televisions in both bedrooms and in the sunroom. They worked great! Both bathrooms had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was short. My family and I will definitely be returning to Singer Island next summer. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation in Sunny South Florida.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, sight seeing

Winter Getaway

My partner and I just finished a 1 month stay at this property. The house is a true throw back to the 50's - 60's Florida with pretty much everything original to that era from the sea shells to the nautical theme throughout. The house is pretty comfortable for two people. We were also able to bring our two small dogs, which made the trip worthwhile. The yard and pool were will maintained throughout our stay. The fenced yard is a real plus. The pool is not heated but was a great place to set and read a good book. The kitchen is all original, from what I could tell. The kitchen is functional but is very sparsely equipped. The house is centrally located to the beach, shopping and entertainment. This is a two bedroom house with the bedrooms side by side with a shared (small) hall bath. The 2nd bath is off the sun room and is much more functional than the bath near the bedrooms. There were televisions in both bedrooms as well as the sun room. The television in the master bedroom did not function and the remote on the sunroom television was only partially functional. The TV's are vintage. Overall we felt the house was comfortable for our needs and worked well with our small animals. I feel this house works best for a small number of people that are looking for a central location and are more interested in eating out than working in the kitchen at the house. The outdoor space is adequate and private.
