Here's your chance to get into a beautifully furnished & designed upscale condo.  Located on the third floor, this one is owned by an interior designer and is one of the best views in the complex!  The regular price should be $260 per night & $1625 per week, but due to the economy, we are RUNNING A SPECIAL on the winter rates of  249per ni/$1325per week TAX INCLUDED, $85 Maid fee through August 31!   This condo is one of the most luxurious in the complex   Responsible tenants only, please.

You'll enjoy the designer pool, relaxing hot spa under the stars for those cool winter nights and private garages.  It has a nice ocean view....and just a few yards  walk across to the beach.  Its a bike ride to downtown & all shopping & restuarants are convenient to this villa.

At 1625 sq feet, it will sleep 6 easily.  There is a king-size bed in the master, & in BR2 there is a queen bed and in BR3 there are 2 twin size beds. 

Included with your stay is a nice welcome gift & owner provides beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, all linens, hair dryers and a good start of paper products & soaps.  EVERYONE WHO VISITS HERE WANTS TO RETURN!!  We know you'll feel the same.  This is a no smoking unit.
