The house is equipped with a washer and dryer in the 1.5 car garage, and has a microwave, as well as all major appliances as well as small kitchen appliances.  All towels and bedding are supplied as well.  TV's in each bedroom as well as the living area, and two full bathrooms.  

Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds (trundle), and sunroom has a sleep sofa.

The location can't be better!  In addition to the backyard water front the home is 10 minutes from the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island and is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport.  Other close attractions include the famous Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show, Busch Garden and Adventure Island, Clearwater Beach as well as Hudson Beach.  Enjoy great shopping and dining at local restaurants to numerous to mention as well as a seafood market 2 miles from the home where you sample local seafood prepared in your own kitchen if you choose.  Target and Super Wal Mart are within 5 miles of the home.  There are several Golf courses as well as public parks within minutes of this terrific retreat!

Weekly and monthly rental rates include tax but do not include the cleaning fee.  There is an additional 100.00 cleaning fee.
