Waterfront Vacation Paradise! in New Port Richey

Attention Snowbirds-You won't want to leave this peaceful and immaculate home.  Enjoy what makes Florida the desired vacation destination that it is with the sweeping lake views, and serene setting.  Bird watch or Fish from your backyard in the stocked bass lake, or quietly read or nap in the spacious sun room.  This house has been freshly painted inside and out and all linens and decor are brand new! 

The house is equipped with a washer and dryer in the 1.5 car garage, and has a microwave, and dishwasher as well as all major appliances and small kitchen appliances.  All towels and bedding are supplied as well.  TV's in each bedroom as well as the sun room, and two full bathrooms.  

Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds (trundle), and sunroom has a sleep sofa.  We have a portable crib, highchair, and strollers available for no additional charge if you nned them.  Just be sure to request them when you sign your contract.  These items are not fun to travel with.

The location can't be better!  In addition to the backyard water front the home is 10 minutes from the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island and is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport.  Other close attractions include the famous Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show, Busch Garden and Adventure Island, Clearwater Beach as well as Hudson Beach.  Enjoy great shopping and dining at local restaurants to numerous to mention as well as a seafood market 2 miles from the home where you sample local seafood prepared in your own kitchen if you choose.  Target and Super Wal Mart are within 5 miles of the home.  There are several Golf courses as well as public parks within minutes of this terrific retreat!
