Vacation Rental Description

Jackson Hole's Best!!!  "The Round-Up," our private, 4500 sq 
ft.luxury home with a large guest house nestled across the road from 
Jackson Hole Ski Resort on three acres of perennial gardens, 
manicured lawns, wildflower meadows and aspen groves.  Every detail 
has been considered to make your stay in Jackson Hole a true getaway.

Enjoy incredible views of the ski slopes and Tetons with the privacy 
of gardens, a wide grassy lawn and wildlife with easy proximity to 
the national parks and Snake River.  

The great room is dominated by a huge river rock fireplace 
surrounded by leather couches, antler chandeliers and original 
western art plus a full range of media technology.  The gourmet 
kitchen, created with custom cabinetry and hand-painted western 
tiles includes an island with stools for relaxed seating while the 
adjacent dining room seats twelve.  Both open through french doors 
onto the expansive deck.

In addition to a game room/office with wireless internet and 
fax, there is a convenient first floor bedroom with full bath. A 
huge playroom/bunkroom sleeps 6 or more and is a great place to 
relax in front of the TV or play games away from the rest of the 
house.  A separate bath is just across the hall.

Upstairs, our home is conveniently separated into two wings for much 
needed privacy.  One wing has a bedroom with a queen and a separate 
bedroom with twins.  They share a large bathroom suite, complete 
with separate dressing rooms.  The other wing has a beautiful master 
suite with a huge picture window framing the Tetons.  Antiques and a 
log four poster kingsize bed make a beautiful retreat.  Dressing 
rooms and spacious closets connect to a large master bathroom, 
complete with a large double shower and separate antique 
soaking tub.  The toilet and bidet are in a separate, private 
enclosure.  The expansive double vanity with beautiful handmade 
tiles makes this very luxurious, especially as it opens onto a 
private deck, perfect for morning coffee, with steps down to the 
hottub.  An adjacent room, we call the "pod", is perfect for small 
children who need to be close by.

Every bedroom in the house features handcrafted log furniture, a 
television, desk, fluffy down comforters and feather beds, designer 
linens, and the bathrooms are specially heated for added comfort 
(including multiple hot water heaters!!!)

The expansive deck reaches across the entire back of the house and 
has an eight plus person hot tub, plenty of comfortable outdoor 
seating, with steps leading down to the lawn, hammock and treehouse!

Don't forget the all important mudroom for ski equipment and 
changing!

Available for an additional fee is a wonderful, spacious guest 
cottage complete with every amenity. On the first floor is a large 
living room with walls of windows and comfortable seating with full 
media set-up. Adjacent is a fully equipped small kitchen with dining 
table and this opens onto a porch and lawn. There are two full 
baths, one part of the large master suite complete with handmade log 
four poster bed and a study with a desk, DSL and sofa 
bed. Both rooms open onto an enclosed porch surrounded by gardens. 
Upstairs is a bunkroom that sleeps 5.  All of the rooms are 
beautifully decorated in a western decor with original art and 
antigues.

Located in a quiet private neighborhood, we are also near the 
Jackson Hole bike system and Teton Pines golf course is just across 
the road.  Grand Teton National Park is just over a mile away.  We 
are just by Teton Village without the traffic and high taxes!!!

For guests staying a month or longer, "Bearitage," our log cabin at 
Brooks Lake near Yellowstone may be available for your overnight use.
